Restorative yoga uses props to fully support your body, providing the comfort which inspires deep letting go. Accessing the parasympathetic nervous system, or your place of rest & digest, provides your body with a true re-charge.

All sessions are slow and tailored to your specific needs combined with hands-on Shiatsu to enter into profound calm

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will rest deeply on yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks
  • Each posture will be practiced between 2-20 minutes
  • Your sense of comfort in each posture is the priority
  • You will be guided in breathing and visualization techniques as appropriate
