The architecture of your body is built as an ideal structure to facilitate movement and comfort. When things are off balance, this intrinsic system may not seem so ideal. My goal is to open some windows and provide a fresh perspective for you to change patterns in your body and mind and continually find ease. Using my long time practice of the ancient Japanese healing art Shiatsu coupled with neuroscience's latest research on changing patterns in the brain, and my experience as a dancer, I'm passionate about facilitating change that goes far beyond a session.
